The OBOA members, the larger building industry and the public have expressed an ongoing need for clear and consistent guidance on the Building Code.
The OBOA is 20 years older than the Building Code itself. Recognizing its leadership role in the sector and its members’ vast technical expertise, and in the absence of any other interpretation service, have committed to launching a much-needed non-binding advisory services model to increase clarity, confidence and consistency in our Province’s building code.
